Blog Workflow

1. Generate in Studio

Start in Studio with your topic prompt and tone, then run full AI generation for blog content.

• Optional: enable Enhance with research to add sourced support to the draft.
• Optional: add per-post PDF context (up to 3 files, 10MB each).
• Optional: set style overrides for a single post instead of workspace defaults.
• Optional: provide an image prompt to guide featured image generation.

For reusable brand rules, configure AI Context & Style first.

2. Refine the Draft

After generation, refine title, body, SEO description, tags, and featured image before publishing.

• Regenerate individual fields (title, body, SEO description, tags, image) as needed.
• Edit rich text manually in the editor for final tone and structure.
• Use Content item editing for deeper refinement and republishing workflows.

3. Save, Schedule, or Publish

Save your work as a draft anytime. When ready, either schedule publication for later or publish immediately.

• Status is stored as draft, scheduled, or published.
• Scheduled items are processed by the publish scheduler workflow.
• You can reopen content later to continue editing or publish to more channels.

4. Multi-Channel Publishing

Select one or more publishing destinations per post:

• Techne Blog
• Webflow (paid plan)
• WordPress (paid plan)
• LinkedIn, X/Twitter, Facebook

Use Validate before publish to catch mapping and required field issues, especially for Webflow.

If you publish to social and a blog URL exists, you can choose which link source to attach in social posts.
