Beast Mode

Automated bulk content generation to keep your pipeline running hands-free.

    What is Beast Mode?

Beast Mode is Techne's automation engine. Configure it once, and it will discover topics, generate blog posts, create social variants, and optionally enhance content with research — on a schedule you define.

    Configuration

Access Beast Mode from the Calendar → Automation tab or the dashboard card. Configure:

    • Topic keywords — Guide content discovery toward your niche.
    • Frequency — Daily, every 2 days, every 3 days, weekly, or biweekly.
    • Publish time — Hour and minute (in your timezone) when posts are generated.
    • Tone — The writing style for generated content.
    • Platforms — Toggle blog, LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter/X, and featured image generation.
    • Research enhancement — Automatically enrich posts with web research.
    • Approval required — If enabled, posts queue for review before publishing.

    Plan behavior

Beast Mode is designed for paid plans. Free plans can view settings, but automated blog/image/research generation and activation are restricted.

Webflow and WordPress publishing from Beast Mode also require active integrations on eligible plans.

    Credit management

Beast Mode respects your subscription's credit limits:

    • Set a monthly credit cap to prevent runaway usage.
    • Set a pause percentage — Beast Mode pauses when credits reach this threshold.
    • View credits used this period in the Beast Mode dashboard card.

Per-run costs are weighted by enabled outputs (topic discovery, blog post, social variants, image, and optional research enhancement).

    Approval workflow

    When Require Approval is enabled:

    1. Beast Mode generates content and queues it for review.
    2. Visit the Content page to see pending items.
    3. Review, edit if needed, then approve or reject.
    4. Approved content is published to your configured platforms.

    Best practices

    • Start with Require Approval enabled to calibrate quality.
    • Use specific topic keywords rather than broad terms for better relevance.
    • Set your credit cap to 70-80% of your monthly allowance to leave room for manual generation.
    • Review the first 5-10 generated posts to ensure the tone and topics match your expectations.
