Accounts

You retain ownership of the content you create and upload. You grant us permission to process that content solely to operate and provide the Service (including AI generation and publishing to platforms you connect).

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service or attempt to access it in an unauthorized way. You are responsible for ensuring your use complies with applicable laws and the rules of any third-party platforms you connect.

Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans renew on a recurring basis until canceled. Billing terms and credits/usage limits are shown during checkout and in your account settings. We may change plans and pricing with reasonable notice.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. AI output may be inaccurate or incomplete; you are responsible for reviewing and approving content before publishing.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Techne will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues.

Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe there is misuse or a violation of these Terms.
